DRT Partners with Shorter College to Develop and Execute Government Consulting Curriculum
New relationship delivers real-world IT consulting knowledge to Shorter College students and faculty.
Arlington, VA – August 8, 2023 – Award-winning federal IT Modernization leader, DRT Strategies, Inc. (DRT), announced today that the company has signed a Memorandum of Understand (MOU) with Shorter College of Little Rock, Arkansas to provide learning opportunities to students and faculty. Specifically, DRT will plan and execute Government Consulting 101 and its New Associate Training and Education (NATE) program aimed to educate students and faculty on careers in the federal government consulting industry. DRT and Shorter College’s goals for the partnership include:
- Curriculum Development for entrepreneurial studies and computer science degree programs.
- Resume and Interview Coaching to students and faculty, either led by DRT staff members or in conjunction with similar activities being led by Shorter College.
- Mentoring selected students of the entrepreneurial studies and computer science degree programs. These students will be matched for a semester with a DRT leader.
